The lineup of vehicle in the Subaru family is already pretty diverse. Whenever Subaru announces a new trim for one of its models, that is reason to get excited. So imagine our excitement when Subaru added an extra trim to two of its vehicles.
According to a report from Car and Driver, Subaru will add a trim to its Legacy and Outback vehicles.
In 2017, The Subaru Legacy will extend its own legacy with the addition of a Sport trim to its lineup. The 2017 Subaru Legacy Sport will add exterior styling to the vehicle in order to give it a more sporty design. That sporty design will extend into a redesigned cabin for the Subaru Legacy, giving the vehicle a spirted look both inside and out.
Meanwhile, the Subaru Outback is set to receive a Touring trim level when its 2017 model is introduced. The 2017 Subaru Outback Touring will be lined with some of Subaru’s best technologies. The new Outback model is set to come standard with a 7-inch touchscreen multimedia interface, as well as Subaru’s newest EyeSight system, which provides drivers with automatic headlights and braking.
