You could call Subaru the darling of Kelley Blue Book. After all, the automaker picked up four awards from KBB in 2016, including 2016 Best Overall Brand, Most Trusted Brand and Best Performance Brand.
Subaru was also recognized as the KBB 2016 Best Resale Brand. This means that after a thorough market analysis, taking into account sales data and market conditions among other markers, KBB arrived at the undeniable conclusion that Subaru vehicles held their value longer than competitors.
Beyond a superior depreciation curve, Subaru vehicles also happen to be incredibly safe when equipped with the state-of-the-art EyeSight technology. All Subaru vehicles equipped with the package were recognized by the IIHS as a Top Safety Pick for 2016.
When it comes to branding, the key to doing it right is building trust. That’s the way Subaru does it. Among the pile of awards the automaker received in 2016, Kelley Blue Book also gave Subaru the Brand Image Award.
